HOTEL CASONA OAXACA POLICIES

These policies are designed to improve the customer experience and optimize our operations, aligning with the best practices in the tourism sector nationwide. Check-in and Check-out times: • Check-in: 3:00 PM • Check-out: 12:00 PM Collection Policies: • Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total stay is required at the time of booking. • Full Payment: Full payment must be completed 14 days prior to arrival during low season and 30 days prior to arrival during high season. • Additional Persons: Additional cost per extra person of $150 USD per night. • Penalties: Detail specific penalties for non-compliance, such as additional charges for property damage, loss of keys, etc.

Additional Policies:

1. Changing a Room Category: Room category changes are subject to availability and may involve additional charges depending on the category selected.

2. Room Change Due to Guest Preference: Changing rooms during a stay due to personal preferences is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cost per Extra Person: The additional cost per person in the reservation varies depending on the room type (DB, SUP or JR).

Cancellation Policies:

• Low Season: Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will result in a penalty equivalent to the cost of one night.

• High Season: Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will result in a penalty equal to the full cost of the stay.

• No Show: 100% penalty for the stay in case of no-show. The reservation will be canceled at noon the day after the arrival date.

Specific Promotions:

• Specific promotions will require full advance payment and will be non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions:

• Prices and Taxes: All customers must pay 19% taxes according to current regulations.

• Payment and Check-in/Check-out Terms: Payment will be taken at the time of booking or during check-in. Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 12:00 PM.

• Minors: Children under 5 years of age do not pay the extra person fee.

• Accessibility: The hotel does not have suitable facilities for guests with limited mobility and does not have an elevator. Work is underway to improve this accessibility in the future.

• Parking: Valet parking costs $200.00 per stay and is subject to availability. Parking is available nearby.

• Breakfast: The hotel offers breakfast service with the following options: ▪ Continental: $120.00 ▪ American: $180.00 ▪ Oaxacan: $220.00 ▪ A la carte.

• Events: Events are not permitted without prior consultation with hotel management.

• Problem Resolution: The hotel has a 24-hour Front Desk service available to assist with any situation.

• Use of Personal Information: Information provided by customers is confidential and protected.

• Risk Disclaimer: The hotel is not responsible for lost or forgotten items. A safe is available at reception and a safe is available in all rooms.

• Pets: Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

• Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi in all areas of the hotel.

• No Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel.
